This customer is a well-known local asphalt road engineering construction contractor. He previously purchased a crushing station from our head office AIMIX, and then learned that our company also has an asphalt mixing plant, which is highly related to his engineering project. Therefore, we had a second cooperation, the purpose of which was to solve his long-term reliance on the increasing cost of purchasing asphalt mixtures.

New cost control: Smart metering achieves 15% savings per ton

• Save production costs: Adopt dynamic precision control secondary metering technology to perform secondary correction metering of asphalt according to the amount of stone, strictly guarantee the oil-stone ratio, guarantee the quality of finished materials, and avoid asphalt loss;
• Save power loss: We use a 4-layer double vibration motor linear screen. Under the same productivity, the power consumption of the linear vibration screen is lower than that of the circular vibration screen, saving production costs;
• Save fuel costs: The newly designed drying drum adopts a patented power drive structure, and there is an insulation layer on the outside of the drum, which effectively reduces heat loss and fuel consumption.
