1.Insufficient Asphalt Durability Issues: insufficient mix grading accuracy, difficult to ensure project quality
- Powder silo discharge port using valve control, powder metering hopper using cone design, to ensure full discharge, to ensure the accuracy of powder metering;
- Built-in upper and lower ventilation and dust removal pipeline design, eliminating the air flow caused by the weighing value drift, to ensure the weighing precision

Easy to assemble, disassemble and transfer
- The equipment adopts structured modular design which is convenient for dismantling and assembling and ensures short downtime of the equipment;
- The cold material supply system adopts modularized design, which is easy to install and dismantle.
- The elevator adopts modular standard section housing, which is convenient for installation and transportation, and shortens the installation time.
Capacity-demand dynamic balance
- The equipment is equipped with a variety of output types to meet various output requirements
- The belt conveyor is equipped with frequency converter for initial measurement, and coarse proportioning before fine metering, avoiding overflow caused by proportioning error and reducing raw material waste.

Fuel cost reduction
- The fuel is compatible with the equipment and can be freely chosen between coal and oil, ensuring that the burner is fully heated;
- The special arrangement of the blades inside the drying cylinder barrel makes the material form a uniform curtain with high heat exchange efficiency, saving fuel cost;
- There is a heat insulation layer on the outside of the drying cylinder body, which effectively reduces heat loss and fuel consumption
Lower maintenance cost
- Using high-precision boring machine to process the shaft holes, to ensure the concentricity of the shaft end, stirring the large shaft in the process of bearing wear and tear is small, long service life, reduce the failure due to the wear of the large shaft, so that the equipment is more durable;
- The mixing drive adopts the motor and reducer and the big shaft direct mode, non-traditional chain transmission, transmission synchronization is good, to ensure that to avoid rotating out of synchronization caused by the mixing shaft does not fit, reduce the incidence of failure;
- The vibrating screen adopts 4-layer linear screen with double vibrating motors, the linear vibrating screen is easy to maintain, and the vibrating motor needs maintenance only after 1500 hours of work; the driving device adopts the use of Bonnen worm gear reducer with stable performance and reverse self-locking ability, which reduces the spillage and plate chain damage caused by power failure and faults, and reduces the failure rate of the elevator;
- Optimized design of the elastic tensioning device (spring), plate chain work to play a buffer role, reduce the risk of wear and breakage of the plate chain, reduce the failure rate
Lower labor cost
- The burner is equipped with a unique blowing pipeline, no need for frequent manual cleaning of the burner gun
- The dosing system is equipped with a lack of material detection and alarm device, preventing the belt from idling and eliminating the need for a special post to check the unloading situation.
