Vibration compaction

The eccentric block built into the steel wheel generates high-frequency vibration (2000-3000 times/minute), penetrating the asphalt layer to improve the density of the deep layer.

High-content RAP (recycled asphalt)

When the proportion of old materials is greater than 30%, the mixture is more likely to loosen and requires high-frequency low-amplitude vibration + multiple kneading with rubber wheels.
