On this land about to be covered in frost, a brand-new stationary asphalt mixing plant is feverishly being assembled, ignited, and discharging—everything is a race against time.
“We have no experience, no technical team, and time is running out,” the client said during our initial communication. Faced with the impending winter, their goal was to complete the entire road section before temperatures dropped below zero by the end of October.
