The drum incorporates an insulation layer to cut down heat loss and energy use. Burner heating directly warms cold aggregate for better initial efficiency. Spiral – blade optimization avoids material accumulation, expanding heating contact area for quick, even heating (10 – 15 minutes/batch). Automated bottom – unloading with a lifting system ensures easy operation.
The diesel generator set (direct – injection vortex diesel engine + direct – connected/delta – drive generator) offers reliable insulation for field work. It can power multiple tools (e.g., circuit breakers, road blowers) at once. A rubber shock – absorption mechanism under the generator set isolates vibration, keeping the main frame stable.
Fitted with a special integrated dust – removal device, the mixer reduces dust pollution during operation. This helps meet environmental standards, making it suitable for eco – conscious construction projects.
