Full equipment antifreeze, not afraid of low temperature
- Motor heating: The main motors are equipped with heating devices, which can quickly increase the motor temperature in low temperature environment, ensure the normal start and stable operation of the motor, and are not afraid of severe cold challenges.
- Drive cold resistance: The belt conveyor drive adopts a motor reducer combination, with extremely cold-resistant cables, which can effectively resist the impact of low temperature on power transmission, ensuring that the equipment has stable power and smooth operation under extremely cold conditions.
- Electric control insulation: A heating device is added inside the electric control cabinet to maintain a suitable internal temperature and ensure the normal operation of electrical components; at the same time, all external cables are extremely cold versions to enhance the cold resistance of the cable and avoid line failures caused by low temperature.
- Enhanced insulation: The thickness of the insulation layer of the drying drum, asphalt pipeline, dust collector, hot material bin and other parts is increased to 100mm, which significantly enhances the insulation effect, ensures that the internal temperature meets the standard, effectively reduces heat loss, and improves energy utilization efficiency.
- Combustion upgrade: Increase the power of the burner so that it can generate stronger heat output, meet the higher heating requirements of the equipment in low temperature environments, and provide sufficient thermal energy support for mixed material production.
Efficient production, construction progress completed on schedule
This equipment can produce 100 tons of mixed materials per hour, 4×7.5 cubic meters of cold aggregate hopper, with 4 layers of vibrating screen, no matter what kind of aggregate can be accurately proportioned, fully in line with the high standards of high-grade highways. Even if the weather is cold, the production capacity will not shrink at all, which has given a shot in the arm to the local road construction plan!
